DOES THE PRICES INCLUDE VAT?
Product prices include the current valid value added tax (VAT) of 24%, when our site identifies the user to be located in an EU country.
When ordering outside EU, you will pay the price without VAT. However, the Customer is responsible for any additional duties and taxes after the purchase has been confirmed and paid online.
ANDIATA Oy will not be made responsible for the payment of these costs and rejecting to pay and for unclaimed packages, shipping and return costs will be deducted from your order amount.
Customs duties are determined by your local customs authority, so we have no control over these and cannot predict how much they may cost. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you may wish to contact your local customs office for further information.
To proceed to the payment, please reach out to your local courier or, if available on the courier platform, proceed to online payment.
WHAT CURRENCIES ARE AVAILABLE?
You can either shop with EURO or choose your own currency right away when you enter the website.
If you shop with euro market, the right price (with or without VAT) and shipping costs will be updated in the checkout, when you have entered your shipping address.
If you wish to change the market (upper right corner) immediately to the one you are shopping from, for example "United Kingdom" you will see the prices in GBP and prices without VAT since it is outside of EU.
Either way the prices will be the same after checkout, based on your shipping address.

SHOPIFY PAYMENTS
If you wish, you can pay by card or directly via online banking (online bank options may depend on your destination).

KLARNA (ONLY IN EURO-COUNTRIES)
Klarna Checkout makes payment simple, flexible and secure, and payment with Klarna is safe regardless of the payment method. With Klarna you can choose to pay with credit or debit card, Klarna’s invoice option (no extra costs added), or online banking (local variations depending on shipping destination). You can easily and safely finalize you online purchase by choosing Klarna’s invoice option. In this case, you do not have to pay until you have received your order. You do not have to provide credit or debit card numbers or personal banking information. Payment can be done with your personal contact details. With the Klarna invoice you will receive a payment period of 30 days.
- You will receive the products you have ordered before payment, however, if you PRE-ORDER a product and pay it with an invoice, you might have to pay the invoice before receiving the item.

Note: Ordering with Klarna invoice requires, that the delivery and billing addresses included in the order information are the same.

Payment Service Provider
Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized Payment Institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant. For reclamations, please contact the website the payment was made to.

OUTSIDE EU
You can pay your order at our online shop with Shopify Payments (debit and credit card) or via PayPal.
When ordering outside EU, you will pay the price without VAT. However, the Customer is responsible for any additional duties and taxes after the purchase has been confirmed and paid online.
As a general rule, remember that:
- For EU shipments, no customs costs are due at delivery.
- For UK shipments, no customs costs are due unless the order is above £135 (〜156€) Read more from DHL

- For Japan shipments, no customs costs are due unless the order is above 10000 JPY (〜63€) Read more from DHL

Coupons & Gift Cards
I HAVE A GIFT CARD FROM YOUR HELSINKI STORE. CAN I USE IT ONLINE?
We have recently changed our gift card system. If you have purchased your gift card after 20/4/2023 the card is automatically available both online and in store.
If you have purchased it earlier and having trouble of placing order online or in store, please contact us.
HOW DO I USE A COUPON CODE?
You can get a coupon code that entitles you to a discount by activating the coupon code on your shopping cart page at checkout (On the upper right corner). Enter the code in the Coupon code field and click the “Apply” button.
Please note that the use of a coupon code may be limited to certain products and for a limited time only. Also, the code cannot be used for previous purchases or combined with other discounts.
I USED A ONE-TIME COUPON CODE ON AN ORDER THAT I RETURNED. CAN I USE THE SAME CODE AGAIN?
You cannot reuse a one-time coupon code, regardless if you have returned the order you originally used the one-time discount code on.
