We are looking for a strategic, data-driven, and innovative E-commerce & Digital Marketing Manager to strengthen our team and drive growth across our online channels. You will play a key role in shaping our digital presence, optimizing customer journeys, and evolving our brand identity through impactful campaigns across e-commerce platforms and digital marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities:
- Define and manage monthly and annual sales targets and marketing budgets.
- Develop and maintain a marketing calendar in collaboration with the PR & Social Media Marketing Manager.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics (monthly, quarterly, and yearly) to optimize strategy and drive sustainable growth.
- Implement and optimize e-commerce, paid advertising, and newsletter marketing strategies, working closely with external agencies where needed.
- Provide team leadership by setting tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Manage projects end-to-end, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with company goals.
- Take a hands-on role in campaign execution, online store updates, promotions, and marketing automation.
What we are looking for:
- Experience in ecommerce and preferably international markets
- Fashion focused with a good general knowledge of current trends
- Strong understanding of marketing tools (klaviyo, meta, google, tiktok, pinterest) and analytics
- Experience in creating sales budgets, monitoring sales, and analyzing sales figures
- Excellent English and Finnish; proficiency in French and Swedish is considered an advantage
- Passionate, proactive, and highly organized
